Two things won't change, whatever else does.
Adverts
No ads, ever
Not in any game we make for children. A child never sees a price or an upgrade prompt.
Privacy
Nothing collected about your child
No accounts and no sign-in. We never see your child's name, their progress, or anything they do.

We've settled these already. Get them wrong and buying a small bit of software feels like a trap.
Price
The price you see is what you pay
No extras added on the way through, and any tax is shown before you pay. On a subscription you'll see when it renews and what it'll cost. How to cancel is shown before you commit too.
Licence
Licensed, not sold outright
You get a licence to use the software and we keep ownership of the code.
Your rights
Consumer rights, in plain English
Buying software as a consumer comes with rights that can't be signed away, including a cancellation period. The checkout will spell out what you're agreeing to and what you keep.
Support
A published support policy
What's covered and how quickly you'll hear back, written down before anything goes on sale. The one-day reply on this site is for enquiries, and that's a separate thing.
